This feature may be used to deploy configuration settings to the next generation of clients so that the client may connect to Mitel and retrieve it's configuration settings. A client deployment email will be sent to the user to provide them with instructions.

Select an option and Click OK to proceed.

CloudLink Chat

Cloudlink is Mitel's next generation cloud platform, that enables Mitel to build and deliver advanced application quickly and select on-premise solutions with feature rich cloud based capabilities.

Choosing this option will take you to the page where you can enable and configure CloudLink Integration.

The banner will disappear once the chat enable process is complete.

MiCollab Legacy Chat

Choosing this option will automatically enable MiCollab Legacy Chat. There are no further configuration steps.

This option is for new installations that do not wish to utilise CloudLink Chat, but do require chat functionality.

After enabling Legacy Chat, it is still possible to switch to CloudLink Chat at a later date if required, by navigating to CloudLink Integration page.
